New Spawn Building Applications

Ok for the new spawn I don't want just anyone to build, so I've decided to have applications for it. All OP+ are already considered to be allowed to work on it so if you are OP+ do NOT apply.

Playtime: i play a lot when i am at my mum but less at my dad. so i will play like avrage the coming weeks but after that i will play a lot again.
i want to do this to make the server look good and make a good inprecion for new players. and its also fun to build stuff

Why you want to work on it: since im donator there isnt much to do with building, cause ive ran out of ideas and i want to work on a cool spawn and that refrence picture looks cool.
