May I suggest the creation of a new spawn building/area?
Our spawns of late have been lackluster, and I call upon anyone who can create a fantastic new spawn, while making it functional as well as phantasmagorical.
I put this before the owners to see if there can be any special benefits to doing this successfully; who knows, you may get something shiny.

I do totaly agree. Me and Tbirdydird were just talking about it. a good spawn will give a good first impression of the server. Until now the spawns have been flooded by big boxes and weird towers.I also suggest making a guest building area.
