Current Minecraft map

I know everyone has been talking about a new map coming, and I understand it is inevitable, but can you blame me for having pride in what I've built? I'm just asking if it would be possible for Close to put the map up for download for those of us who would like to play it in SSP. I know I definitely cant be the only one who would like that. It may seem foolish since the map is gigantic and my town is so far from spawn, and I may never find it in SSP, but its worth the chance for me. I'm really proud of my town, regardless of what others may think, and I just don't want to lose it. Thanks.

It will be up for download of course. However please understand due to it's large size [1Gb-ish] It will have an external download link and might take a while for me to put up. (It's takes a while to compress 1Gb)
