Grimsgard starting city!

As you all know i have started up with making a hold (a part of the map with several cities in) and one of the major cities is Hydro, the starting city. After huge curiosity on my current free plots system i decided to put up this topic in order to inform everyone in a sophisticated way. Here people will recieve 1 free plot to build on and a starting pack at approx 50$ (depends on the value of the money) The plots are 24x24 blocks and go all the way to bedrock.
Inside the city is 3 treefarms, 1 stone quarry, 1 sandpit, cheap tools and food, Our well known trainstation, and lots of good atmosphere Very Happy

Rules:
1.Killing people in my city is strictly forbidden. use arenas for that
2. Opening a shop at a normal house plot is forbidden. You must buy additional shop plots.
3.Mobster business is higly forbidden, Inside my city is peace and friendship highly valued.
4. you can only own 1 regular plot and 1 shop plot at a time.
5. replant trees of the same type in the treefarms.
6. do not abuse the free minecart system.

sandpit:
Is a big hole inside starter area. People can donate a regular chest of cobble in order to fill it up with sand. Or donate a double chest of cobble in order to fill the entire sandpit. When a player donates a cobble chest he/she decides who are allowed to dig there.

Treefarms:
rules are simple: chop only what you need, if you are plannning huge wooden constructions please contack me or axeens, tell us your idea and you might be allowed inside the HUGE treefarm.
And remember to replant trees after you!.

The trainstation is a good place for transportation.
The main station is located in Grimsgard rift.
