The first one I would like to address is the casino plugin. You can play blackjack or use basic slot machines. Although the forum said it should be updated later on to have 5 games.

The next plugin I would like to suggest is something kinda like a mugging plugin. When you kill a person the murder cam get set amount of the victims money. You can set the amount of money the murderer gets from the victim. It's compatible with iConomy, BOSEconomy, and EssentialsEco.

mugging is like greifing and is horrible.
The casino one is not as bad but incouraging gambling is not good!!! No
